5. Construction Reference
The front coat of paint on the surface of the object to be coated should be free of oil and water. To prevent moisture, dust, etc., the air spraying method is often used for construction. It is recommended that the dry film thickness should not be less than
when spraying. When diluting, use special diluent to dilute. Construction should be avoided when the humidity is greater than 100%.
According to supporting requirements, it is recommended to apply an anti-corrosion topcoat on top of the high-chlorinated polyethylene anti-corrosion primer.
6. Transportation and Storage
When transporting products, they should be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, insulated from fire sources, and in a warehouse away from heat sources.
7. Safety Protection
The construction site should have good ventilation facilities. Painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc. to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the construction site.
