Article 1 In order to implement the qualifications of pressure pipeline component manufacturing units, these rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
Article 2 For any pressure pipeline components used within the territory of the People's Republic of China and within the scope of application of the Regulations, their manufacturing license shall comply with the provisions of these rules.
This rule does not include the manufacturing license of safety valves
Article 3 The manufacturing license of pressure pipeline components determines the scope of the license according to product category, variety, license level and product scope. See the attachment for specific divisions.
The manufacturing license for pressure pipeline seals, anti-corrosion pressure pipeline components, low-temperature insulated pipes, directly buried jacketed pipes, special steel plates for pressure pipeline pipe making, and polyethylene compounds shall be subject to type testing.
