Product Description

This product is used to lock and seal plastic and metal pipe threaded joints to prevent loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration. Especially suitable for stainless steel work without surface activation.
Instructions for use
) Surface treatment When cleaning the surface of the material with a water-based cleaning agent before use, the compatibility of the cleaning agent with this product should be checked. In some cases, the cleaning agents used may affect the cure and performance of this product.
) Glue can be applied directly to the front thread of the external thread, do not apply to the first thread. Tighten the threads to completely fill the gap. For larger threads and gaps, adjust product dosage accordingly and apply a ring of product to internal threads at the same time.
) Assembly Use acceptable experience to install and tighten fittings until fit. When the curing speed is very slow or the gaps are large, accelerators can be used on the surface to speed up the curing speed.
) Remove with standard hand tools. When it is difficult to disassemble or the thread diameter is larger than that, please heat it to ℃ appropriately to disassemble.
