Instructions for use
For cleaning and degreasing, use a water-based degreaser to remove oil and degrease. If there are no specific water-based cleaning conditions, it can also be used. Solvent degreasing.
Passivation treatment: Immerse the workpiece to be treated in the passivation liquid, treat it at a temperature of ℃ for more than 2 seconds, take it out and rinse it with clean water.
For solid film treatment, immerse the passivated workpiece in the stainless steel solid film liquid and treat it at a temperature of ℃. After taking it out, cool it in the air for a few minutes and then dry it at a temperature below ℃.
Note that according to the needs of the process, the passivation time can be selected ~ minutes. The specific passivation time will be determined by the user after trial. Products with higher salt spray requirements can undergo secondary solid film treatment.
