Fixed mine car repair and maintenance

It is forbidden to work when the coupling device fails.
The frame rigidly collides with the wheel axle when vibrating. It is prohibited to use it when the chassis and wheel set are faulty to avoid damaging the axle.
If the surface of the latch three-ring chain is found to be severely rusted or severely deformed, it should be scrapped.
It is forbidden for minecarts to come into contact with each other just after they meet.
When the mine car track is deformed, it should be adjusted in time, otherwise the mine car wheel pair will be easily damaged and the track will easily jump during transportation.
