If the user needs to place the grinder on the counter or in a box for aesthetic reasons, it is recommended to give the grinder as much space as possible, install exhaust holes, and install a fan. Especially in summer, when the temperature is high, it is easier to cause the motor to malfunction. The temperature rise is too high.
Open the machine cover, fix the grinding disc on the connecting shaft, and press the grinding disc with two thumbs. If the grinding disc can expand and contract freely, it means that the grinding disc and the connecting shaft are well matched. Replace the machine cover, tighten the locking nut, connect the power supply, turn on the switch, and check whether the mill is running in the specified direction and whether the sound and vibration are normal. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, shut down the machine and check and troubleshoot the problem until it is normal. , to restart.
Turn on the power and run for about a minute. Put the material into the hopper, screw the regulator to the appropriate position, open the discharge baffle, and allow the material to slowly flow into the grinding chamber. Open the baffle a little smaller to avoid feeding the material too fast, causing the machine to jam or become stuffy. Ordinary materials are generally ground twice, the first time is coarse grinding, and the second time is fine grinding.

The material to be ground enters the grinding sleeve from the hopper. The relative movement between the auger of the grinding plate and the grinding sleeve causes the material to be crushed into small particles by the crushing force. The small particles after grinding are crushed by the spiral motion of the auger of the grinding plate. When the material is brought into the space between two grinding discs, the relative movement of the teeth of the grinding discs causes the material to be crushed into fine powdery particles in a short time. The powder flows out from the tooth grooves of the grinding discs and is thrown around, and is installed on the grinding disc at the same time. The powder scraper is brought down and flows out from the powder outlet.
The new mill no longer uses a low-power motor. It has two powers and only one power. The motor shaft of the new mill is lengthened.
