How to use the mortar consistency meter
●Put the mixed mortar into the container at one time, insert it with a tamper with a diameter of 10 times, tap the container several times, and place the container under the tip of the test cone. And align the center of the container with the tip of the test cone.
●Adjust the cone holder so that the tip of the standard cone is in contact with the surface of the mortar mixture and tighten the screws.
●Adjust the pin nut and the pointer to align with the zero position, and move the dial lifting frame to make the lower end of the rack lightly contact the upper end of the test cone slide rod.
●Loosen the test cone fixing screw and allow the standard test cone to sink freely into the mortar mixture. Tighten the fixing screw for a few seconds.

Structure of Mortar Consistency Meter
The instrument is mainly composed of chassis bracket, digital display scale, standard test cone, scale and material container.
The chassis and uprights are connected together using key spring washers and nuts. Two set screws on the cross arm respectively control it to slide up and down on the column and the scale to slide on it. Loosen the left set screw on the upright column and the cross arm can move up and down and then be fixed in the desired position. The digital scale can be zeroed at any position, and the vertical sinking depth of the standard test cone can be read directly on the scale.
