IV. Operation guide
. Add water to the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank to the specified level, and clean it with ultrasonic water in proportion. Add cleaning agent to the machine tank.
. Turn on the power, turn on the heating system of the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank, preheat and heat, so that the water temperature rises to ~℃.
.Press the ultrasonic start button and lay the pipes on the material frame in the ultrasonic tank (it is recommended that each batch should be within a hundred pipes). The cleaning time is usually several minutes, depending on the workpiece. Depends on the degree of soiling and the quantity of cleaning in each batch.
. Turn on the circulation filter switch in the ultrasonic tank to filter impurities while cleaning, usually for small flow circulation.
. Turn on the switch of the swing device in the ultrasonic tank, so that the pipe fittings swing with the material frame at a constant speed. The swing trajectory is generally ~ rotation and can be adjusted freely.
. Lift out the pipe fitting, hold it slightly tilted above the ultrasonic tank, and pour out the remaining cleaning fluid in the pipe.
.Place the pipe fittings in the rinsing tank, turn on the swing device and circulation filtration device of the rinsing tank, and rinse away the cleaning liquid residue and residual fine particles on the pipe fittings. Large flow circulation filtration can be carried out because there is no ultrasonic setting in the tank. , it is necessary to consider the interference of water flow on the ultrasonic emission direction.

Before leaving get off work, turn off the power, release the liquid in the ultrasonic tank, and rinse the maintenance equipment with clean water.
