The drum stone washing machine is also called a cylinder stone washing machine. The drum stone washing machine is mainly used for desliming artificial sand and gravel smaller than r
aggregate. Operation. It has the advantages of large feed particle size, the mud content of the aggregate after flushing can be lower than r, and the water content can be lower than r
The cleaning cylinder of the drum stone washing machine is supported by four tugs. The motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at low speed. The aggregates containing mud balls and stone powder are fed from the feed port and enter the rotating drum. They are continuously lifted and thrown down by the wear-resistant rubber lining installed at a certain angle in the cleaning drum, and move from the feed end to the discharge end. During the process, it circulates multiple times and is rinsed and washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The cleaned aggregate is screened and dehydrated by the discharge end drum screen and then discharged. Wastewater containing sludge flows out through the perforated baffle at the discharge or feed end.

Operating procedures
<
Before starting the stone washing machine, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether there are any abnormalities in all parts of the machine.
The user should install protective equipment on the V-belt according to the specific conditions of the site before operation.
Repairs and cleaning are not allowed during operation, and power-on maintenance is strictly prohibited.
Do not add stones exceeding the specified size into the stone washing machine. The machine should rotate in a fixed direction and should not rotate in the opposite direction.
When the stone washing machine is running, if abnormal vibration or noise is found, the feeding should be stopped immediately. After the material in the box is exhausted, the motor should be stopped immediately, the machine should be stopped for inspection, and the fault can be eliminated before continuing to operate.
In case of emergency, stop the motor first. Before starting, the materials in the cavity must be cleared and started without load. The work site should be free of clutter and must have adequate lighting.
