Type quick-installation composite twin-tower water film desulfurization dust collector is a twin-tower structure with auxiliary towers. The main tower is composed of flue gas inlet, venturi section pipe, spray atomization system, circulation system, automatic control system, etc. The main tower is connected to the main tower by a guide pipe from the auxiliary tower. The main tower is composed of a water distribution channel, an overflow hole and a dehydration system.

. The desulfurizer also captures dust in the flue gas to increase the proportion of dust and create conditions for the next level of dust removal efficiency. After being sprayed and atomized in the auxiliary tower, the flue gas is connected by the guide pipe and enters the main tower body. The flue gas enters the main tower body through the tangential inlet and performs a spiral upward movement. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust in the flue gas is quickly separated. After separation, the dust is thrown toward the inner wall of the tower. The water film flowing out of the water channel is brought from top to bottom to the bottom of the tower. The overflow port flows into the circulation tank and is cleaned by a mechanical scraper type slag remover. The flue gas after desulfurization and dust removal is discharged into the atmosphere through an induced draft fan.
