Preparation of three materials
It is recommended to use mechanical stirring method. The mixing time is generally 1 minute. Hand electric drill type stirrers are strictly prohibited. If manual mixing is used, the amount of water should be added first and stirred for 1 minute, then the remaining amount of water should be added and stirred until uniform.
The amount of mixing each time should be determined according to the amount of use to ensure that the material is used up within minutes.
It is strictly prohibited to mix any additives into the grouting material when used on site.

Four Construction Instructions
There should be no gravel, floating slurry, ash, oil, release agent and other debris on the surface of the base treatment and cleaning equipment. The surface of the equipment foundation should be fully moistened and any accumulated water should be removed hours before grouting.
Supporting the formwork
The joints between the formwork and the basic formwork should be sealed with cement slurry tape to ensure that the entire formwork does not leak.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction. The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
Grouting construction
The secondary grouting process should comply with the requirements of the secondary grouting construction process of the equipment foundation.
The grouting for longer equipment or track foundations should be constructed in sections using the jumping method. The length of each section should not exceed.
When using the high funnel method for grouting, grouting should start from the center or one side of the equipment base.
Before the secondary grouting of the equipment foundation, the corresponding grouting method should be selected according to the actual situation.
The secondary grouting should meet the following requirements
The secondary grouting should be grouted from multiple points on one side or adjacent two sides until it overflows from the other side to facilitate the exhaust during the grouting process. It should not be from the four sides. Grouting is carried out at the same time.
After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, cut a bevel outward along the edge of the equipment to prevent cracks at the free end. If edge trimming cannot be performed, the surface of the grouting layer should be calendered with a spatula ~1 hour after grouting.
