The working principle of the silage baling and wrapping machine:
The fixed bin is manually fed through the front of the machine. When the bale is so large that the fixed bin and the movable bin are in contact with a certain density, the silage above the movable bin The idle roller and the signal wheel on the left will rotate evenly. The operator moves the winding clutch handle, and the machine starts to reciprocate the rope bundling. After wrapping the rope for one week, the hemp rope is automatically cut off, and the bin is immediately opened and the bale is dropped directly into the wrapping film. On the rotating frame of the machine, pull out the film by hand, start the rotating button, and the rotating frame drives the bale to rotate. The operator should quickly press the film to the bale simultaneously, rotate it with the bale, and then let go immediately. Gradually wrap the straw bale layer by layer, and the straw bale automatically rotates with the rotating frame. When the film reaches the set number of layers, the clutch automatically disengages, the rotating frame stops, and the operator is between the straw bale and the film transfer frame. Cut off the pasture film, press the broken end of the pasture film into the overlapping end of the bale, use one person to move the wrapped bales into a trolley, push them away and place them neatly.
