Internally heated fluidized bed dryer is based on the ordinary fluidized bed dryer. The indirectly heated heat transfer tube is embedded in the fluidized bed bed. The tube provides most of the drying heat to the bed. In addition to completing the fluidization task, the hot air only completes a small amount of drying tasks. Therefore, the ventilation volume and exhaust gas treatment volume can be greatly reduced. The thermal efficiency is higher than that of ordinary fluidized beds, and the energy consumption is low. Equipment load is low.
Performance characteristics: It is smaller than ordinary fluidized bed, with small installed capacity and high single-machine production capacity. The device is easy to enlarge and can complete drying and cooling operations in the same machine at one time.
Scope of application: widely used in drying operations of various powdery and granular materials, especially suitable for materials with small particle size, light specific gravity, low air velocity in the tower or low moisture content of the final product, as well as heat-sensitive materials and Materials with low softening points are most suitable for processing situations with large processing volumes and high thermal efficiency requirements.
