Working principle: The wet material is continuously added to the first layer of drying plate on the upper part of the dryer from the feeder. The rake arm with the rake leaves rotates so that the rake leaves continuously turn over the material. . Materials flow through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential spiral. The materials on the small drying plate are moved to the outer edge and fall to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. On the large drying plate, the materials move inward and fall from the middle. The material mouth falls into the small drying tray on the next layer. Large and small drying plates are arranged alternately up and down so that materials can continuously flow through the entire dryer. The heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying plate. The heating medium includes saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, hot air and high-temperature molten salt. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is discharged from the other end. The dried materials will drop from the last drying plate to the bottom layer of the casing, and will be moved by rakes to the discharge port. The moisture overflows from materials and will be discharged from the moisture discharge port on the top cover. In the vacuum-type plate dryer, the moisture will be discharged from the vacuum pump port on the top cover. The dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly. By adding fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag dust collectors, dry material back-mixing mechanisms, induced draft fans and other auxiliary machines, its drying production capacity can be improved, and dry paste and heat-sensitive materials can be easily recycled Solvent, and can perform heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis and reaction operations.
