5. Grouting process
Before the slurry fluid enters the beam body channel, the grouting pump should be turned on first to discharge a small amount of slurry from the grouting nozzle to eliminate air, water and air in the grouting pipeline. Slurry.
When grouting, the curved channels and vertical channels should be grouted from the grouting hole at the lowest point into the channels arranged in upper and lower layers in the structure or component, and grouting should be carried out in the order of the lower layer first and then the upper layer. Grouting in the same tunnel should be carried out continuously and completed at one time. Grouting should be carried out slowly and evenly without interruption, and all exhaust holes at the highest points should be opened and closed in sequence to ensure smooth exhaust in the channels.
The duration from when the slurry is mixed to when it is pressed into the tunnel should not exceed. The slurry should be continuously stirred before use and during the pressure injection process. For cement slurries with reduced fluidity due to delayed use, additional water must not be added to increase the fluidity and must be discarded.
For horizontal or curved holes, the grouting pressure should be .~. For extra-long holes, the maximum pressure should not exceed. For vertical holes, the grouting pressure should be .3~.

. Vacuum-assisted grouting. When grouting the tunnel, first close the grouting valve and exhaust valve at the grouting end. Start the vacuum pump at the slurry discharge end to make the vacuum degree of the hole reach ~ and remain stable. Then start the grouting pump to start grouting. During the grouting process, the vacuum pump should keep working continuously. When there is slurry passing through the vacuum end, close the valve leading to the vacuum pump. At the same time, open the slurry discharge valve located above the slurry discharge end, discharge a small amount of slurry and then close it. Grouting work continues to be completed by conventional methods.
6. Precautions
After the final sheet is completed, the hole grouting should be carried out as soon as possible, generally not more than 10 seconds.
When grouting, the slurry temperature should be between ℃ and 3℃. During and after grouting, the temperature of the beam body and the environment must not be lower than ℃. Otherwise, maintenance measures should be taken and the winter construction procedures should be followed. If treatment is required, an appropriate amount of air-entraining agent can be added to the slurry, but antifreeze must not be added. When the ambient temperature is higher than 3°C, grouting should be carried out at night.
7. Product packaging and storage
* When storing the slurry, it should be protected against water, moisture, damage and high temperature.
