As the population grows many opportunities arise to meet their needs. The Hispanic population in the United States has grown by nearly 10 percent since 2001. Larissa Lopez saw a need to match Hispanic culture. After extensive research, she discovered that Hispanics are the largest minority group in the United States but there is a lack of services specifically provided for them in commercial photography. I saw this gap in the market and thought it was an opportunity and that growing Hispanics would in turn drive that demand. Lopez said his photography business, which caters to Hispanics, has annual sales of about $10,000.
