Inspection basis: Temporary technical conditions for pot-type rubber bearings on the bridge of the Science and Technology Base Passenger Dedicated Line [ ] The symmetrical center line of the support should coincide with the symmetrical center line of the beam bottom plate, and the deviation should not be greater than 1. Tighten the support bolts one by one, and the tightening degree of each bolt should be basically the same. There must be no gaps in between.
. Install the anchor bolts in the anchor bolt holes of the support. The length of the bolt extending out of the nut is . times the diameter of the bolt. Tighten the nuts and sleeve bolts to prevent grout leakage at the joint between the sleeve bolts and the bottom surface of the support.
Mark the longitudinal and transverse symmetrical support center lines on the supporting pad stones. Chisel the surface of the supporting pads, remove debris left in the anchor bolt holes, and saturate the surface of the supporting pads with water, but no open water is allowed during construction. Then lay a thick layer of dry hard non-shrinkage mortar (i.e. high-strength mortar) on the top surface of the supporting pad stone and compact it to make the surface smooth. Note that the mortar elevation should take into account the compression of the mortar after the beam is dropped. Clear the debris left in the anchor bolt holes, and pour 3 ultra-early-strength bearing grouting materials into the anchor bolt holes to below the top surface of the supporting pad within 3 seconds before the beam is in place.
The slurry is prepared according to powder: water: .3 (weight ratio). Water should be added into the mixing barrel first, and then the weighed grouting material should be gradually added. Stir with an electric mixing gun while adding the material, until all the powder is added, and then continue stirring for a few minutes to make the slurry uniform. The mixed slurry should be poured within minutes.
When the beam is dropped, the center line of the support should coincide with the longitudinal and transverse symmetrical center line of the support on the top of the pad. After the beam is dropped, the high-strength mortar should be cured in time.
After the grouting material of the anchor bolt holes reaches the specified strength, tighten the anchor bolts, remove the temporary connecting plate of the bearing, and install the bearing sealing enclosure plate.
