This machine mainly consists of base, frame, roller, roller bearing, roller distance adjustment device, transmission device, heating and cooling device, safety braking device, motor and deceleration device (see appearance diagram).
Two parallel and relatively rotating hollow rollers are installed on the frame. The upper end of the machine cover is fixed to the frame with bolts, and the lower end of the frame is fixed to the base with studs. The distance adjustment device is connected to the front roller through a worm gear. The roller is connected and the roller distance can be adjusted by turning the handwheel.
One end of the rear roller is equipped with a large driven gear. The motor transmits power to the large driven gear through the reducer and the small driving gear, causing the rear roller to rotate. The other end of the rear roller is equipped with a speed ratio. Gear, which meshes with the speed ratio gear on the front roller to make the front and rear rollers rotate relative to each other.
In order to adjust the rubber mixing process, the roller temperature is adjusted through a heating and cooling device. For operational safety, a safety braking device is installed on the upper end of the rubber mixing machine. When the pull rod is pulled, the power supply is automatically cut off and the machine is stopped.

Things to note during operation
. When adjusting the temperature of the roller, drastic changes in temperature should be prevented, which may cause breakage of the roller.
.If an emergency occurs during operation, the safety lever can be pulled down immediately to cut off the main motor power supply and realize reverse braking, so that the entire machine can stop quickly. However, do not use it as a parking switch in daily production to avoid damaging electrical appliances.
.Before each drive, you should check whether the lubrication system is working properly. Only when the lubrication is normal can you start driving.
During normal operation, if there is a power outage or something stops the machine, the load should be disconnected when restarting, and the load should not be started
