The selection of the angle double-axis planetary reducer should follow the suitability and economy. Excess or failure will result in cost waste, so the correct selection of the corner double-axis reducer is very important.
When selecting an angle planetary reducer, its structural type, load-bearing capacity, reduction ratio, output speed, axial force, radial force, torsional rigidity, backlash and other internal indicators should also be fully considered. The installation form should also be fully considered , working conditions, working environment and other external structures. The following are the most basic requirements for selecting a bilateral output shaft bevel gear reducer:
Installation dimensions: that is, the size of the front end of the servo motor. When selecting a double-axis planetary reducer, the input end of the double-axis reducer must exactly match the size of the output end of the servo motor.
Reduction ratio: motor rated output revolutions per minute/reduction ratio = how many revolutions the reducer outputs per minute. The bevel gear reducer should try to use a reduction ratio as close to the ideal as possible to ensure the ideal speed.
Torque: Servo motor rated output torque (stepper motor is holding torque) * reduction ratio bevel gear planetary reducer rated output revolutions must be greater than this value. If it is less than the angle reducer, the use will be shortened. In severe cases, the shaft may break or the teeth may collapse.
Return backlash: Return backlash (accuracy) r (one circle of the output shaft of the angle planetary reducer, one degree, one degree = arc minute) is what we often call the arc minute unit:. The smaller the return clearance, the higher the accuracy and the higher the cost. Users can just choose a reducer that meets their accuracy requirements. Also consider lateral/radial forces and average life. Reducers with large lateral/radial forces are relatively reliable and less likely to cause problems during installation and use. Usually its average life span far exceeds the life span of the servo motor it is equipped with.
Installation method of angle double-shaft planetary reducer:
Apply a little anti-rust oil to the motor output shaft and flange.
If there is a bushing, when placing it into the input shaft of the angle double-axis planetary reducer, pay attention that the groove on the bushing must be aligned with the groove on the input shaft of the bevel gear reducer.
Place the motor to be installed on the platform with the motor output axis upward, then secure the motor and remove the key.
Carefully align the groove on the input shaft of the servo double-axis output reducer with the key groove on the motor and slowly slide it in.
Lock the fixing screw on the input shaft of the corner double-axis reducer with the first torque.
Tighten the fixing screws of the motor and bevel gear planetary reducer.
Increase the torque evenly and gradually (three times) to tighten the fixing screws on both sides of the input shaft of the planetary gear reducer.
Please do not hit the output shaft of the reducer with gravity to avoid damaging the internal structure of the reducer.
