Taiwan reducer installation steps:
Step 1:
Check whether the specifications of the motor and reducer are correct and whether the interface matches.
Clean the surface of the connection interface between the motor and Schneider servo reducer to remove oil dirt and impurities.
Step 2:
Adjust the position of the input shaft locking screw of the servo-specific high-precision reducer to align with the side hole of the reducer input cover.
If there is a keyway on the motor shaft, remove the fixed key. If there is a balance weight key, insert it into the keyway.
Check the motor shaft diameter. If necessary, add a shaft bushing to the input shaft hole of the servo motor reducer.
Install the motor onto the reducer.
Use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the locking screws at both ends of the input shaft of the Schneider servo reducer according to % of the recommended tightening torque.
Step 3:
Place the motor and servo high-precision reducer vertically.
Use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the reducer flange and motor flange using locking screws and washers in diagonal order according to % of the recommended tightening torque value. (The locking screws should be coated with screw anti-loosening agent in advance).
Use a torque wrench to tighten the Schneider servo reducer reducer flange and motor flange using locking screws and washers in diagonal sequence according to % of the recommended tightening torque value.
Step 4:
Use a torque wrench to tighten the locking screws at both ends of the input shaft of the servo-specific high-precision reducer according to % of the recommended tightening torque value.
