Installation method of bevel gear planetary reducer:
Apply a little anti-rust oil to the motor output shaft and flange.
If there is a bushing, when placing it into the input shaft of the bevel gear planetary reducer, pay attention that the groove on the bushing must be aligned with the groove on the input shaft of the bevel gear reducer.
Place the motor to be installed on the platform with the motor output axis upward, then secure the motor and remove the key.
Carefully align the groove on the input shaft of the servo right-angle reducer with the key groove on the motor and slowly slide it in.
Lock the fixing screw on the input shaft of the bevel gear planetary reducer with the first torque.
Tighten the fixing screws of the motor and bevel gear reducer.
Increase the torque evenly and gradually (three times) to tighten the fixing screws on both sides of the input shaft of the bevel gear reducer.
Please do not hit the output shaft of the reducer with gravity to avoid damaging the internal mechanism of the bevel gear reducer.
