Working Principle
Insert a specially prepared electrolyte as a resistor in the rotor circuit of the wound motor. By adjusting the concentration of the electrolyte and changing the distance between the two polar plates, the resistance of the series resistor changes during the starting process. Always meet the requirements of the motor's mechanical characteristics for the series resistance value, so that the motor can accelerate evenly and start smoothly while obtaining the maximum starting torque and minimum starting current. After starting, the rotor circuit is short-circuited to complete the starting of the motor.
Scope of application
It is suitable for heavy-load smooth soft starting of three-phase AC rated working voltage ~ rated power ~ winding AC asynchronous motor, especially in industrial and mining enterprises where the grid voltage is unstable or low.
Performance characteristics
Soft start has small starting current. Reduces the temperature rise of the motor at startup and effectively extends the service life of the motor
The starting time is preset to ~ field adjustable
Normal operating temperature of electro-hydraulic
/> Can be started continuously~ The starting performance is better than that of frequency sensitive starter
The starting process is smooth and has no impact on mechanical equipment
It has low requirements on the power grid and will not produce harmonics to affect the power grid
It has starting function Multiple protection functions such as overtime, voltage loss, overtravel, and overtemperature
