■ Application scope
Suitable for heavy-load smooth soft starting of three-phase AC rated operating voltage ~ rated power ~ winding AC asynchronous motor, especially grid voltage Unstable or low-priced industrial and mining enterprises.
■ Working Principle
A specially prepared electrolyte is inserted in series as a resistor in the rotor circuit of the controlled winding motor, and the resistance of the series resistor is adjusted by adjusting the concentration of the electrolyte and changing the distance between the two polar plates. During the starting process, the requirements of the motor's mechanical characteristics on the series resistance value are always met, so that the motor can start evenly and smoothly while obtaining the maximum starting torque and minimum starting current. After starting, the electrical switch short-circuits the rotor circuit.
