Dust cleaning process:
As the filtration work continues, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, the operating resistance of the dust collector increases, the switching valve of a certain filter unit closes, and the filter unit stops When working, the backflush compressed air enters the filter unit in the reverse direction, blowing off the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag, and then the switching valve plate opens, the filter unit works again, and the dust removal is transferred to the next filter unit. The entire dust cleaning process is carried out alternately among each filter unit.
