2. Overview of the structure of the single-machine dust collector
The basic structure of the single-machine dust collector is composed of three components: a fan, a filter and a dust collector. Each component is installed in a vertical frame and a steel plate shell. , baking paint and anti-rust, beautiful appearance, scientific structure, reliable operation and easy to use.
The structural characteristics of the components are as follows
The fan components are imitated from foreign centrifugal fans, with large air volume, high wind pressure, hard fan characteristic curve, and noise reduction measures, so the noise is low during use.
The filter components are flat bag filters made of industrial polyester twill velvet as the filter material. Each bag is equipped with a spring steel mesh, which has good filtration effect, easy replacement of filter bags and long service life.
The dust cleaning mechanism of the filter component uses a motor to drive the eccentric wheel, and the connecting rod shakes the bag to remove dust stuck to the outer surface of the filter bag. The control device is divided into two types: automatic control and manual control. Automatic control means that when the fan is working continuously, the dust cleaning mechanism will automatically vibrate and clean the dust at regular intervals. Manual control means that the dust cleaning mechanism will automatically work after the fan stops and will automatically stop after dozens of seconds. You can also start the dust cleaning motor to vibrate and clean at any time as needed. The user can adjust the time relay for dust cleaning time.
The filter component is equipped with a wide and sealed quick-detach access door ② to facilitate inspection and removal of the filter when necessary.
The dust collector part adopts a bucket-type structure, which is very convenient for dust removal.
The air inlet interface ③ on the upper side of the dust collector can be folded down when needed to increase the use of the air inlet area.
This unit currently has sixteen specifications, divided into two types. The model is equipped with a ash hopper drawer, and the model is not equipped with a ash hopper drawer. The lower flange is directly connected by the user to the dumping port of the folding bin, the mixing bin, sandblasting box, belt transport U-turn and other dust-raising equipment for on-site dust removal, and the dust is directly recovered.

3. Working principle of single-machine dust collector
The dust gas enters the box and is filtered by the flat cloth bag filter. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag. It is sucked in by the fan and discharged directly into the room (it can also be discharged to the outside via a pipe). As the filtration time increases, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag also increases, and the resistance of the filter bag also increases accordingly, thus affecting the dust removal effect. Use an automatic dust cleaning mechanism for regular vibration cleaning or a manual dust cleaning mechanism after shutting down. Automatically vibrate for tens of seconds to shake off the dust stuck to the outer surface of the filter bag. The dust falling into the dust collection container (drawer) is manually pulled out and removed.
