2. Working Principle of Type Cyclone Dust Collector
After the dust gas enters tangentially from the inlet, while the gas obtains rotational motion, the airflow is divided into upper and lower parts, forming a double vortex motion, and the dust moves in the exhaust A strong separation occurs at the bottom, which is the boundary between the double vortices. The finer and lighter dust particles are carried upward by the vortex airflow from the upper part, forming a strongly rotating dust ring under the top cover, resulting in the accumulation of dust particles, and are led out from the upper hole of the specially designed bypass separation chamber, and separated through the bypass The spiral groove in the lower part of the chamber is tangentially introduced from the return air outlet on the outer wall of the dust collector to the lower part of the dust collector cylinder and merges with the internal air flow. The dust is separated and falls into the ash hopper. The other part of the heavier dust particles is driven by the lower vortex airflow and passes through a similar process of the upper vortex airflow along the lower section of the dust collector, where the dust is separated and enters the ash hopper.
3. Classification
The air inlet of the type bypass cyclone dust collector is lower than that of the general cyclone dust collector, so that there is sufficient space at the top of the dust collector to form an upper vortex and form a dust ring, which is separated from the bypass The chamber is led to the cone part, so that the secondary airflow that is harmful to the dust removal efficiency turns into an upper vortex airflow with dust accumulation effect. The bypass separation chamber is designed in a spiral shape so that the incoming dust-laden airflow enters the cone tangentially to avoid disturbance. The airflow on the inner wall of the cone prevents dusting again.
