双组份聚氨酯密封胶属双组分反应固化型，有A、B两组份组成。B组常称白料一般是浅黄色粘稠状聚氨酯预聚体，A组常称黑料为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的黑色胶状体或液体，按使用要求可有非下垂型和自流平型。主要应用于桥梁、地下室、游泳池、储水池、水坝、隧洞、地铁等各种工程中。

1 、被密封表面的处理：

2 、填充背衬材料：
按设计要求 , 向接缝内填充背衬材料。
3 、涂刷底涂液：
设计要求使用底涂液的工程 , 或长期浸水部位的密封 , 需要涂底涂液涂刷在被粘表面上 , 干燥成膜。
4 、密封剂的配制：
按说明书给定的配合比 , 将两个组份混合均匀 , 即可使用 , 不论机混或是手工混合 , 都应达到色泽均匀无色差。 混 合时应防止气泡混入 , 涂胶时应防止气泡混入 , 压实 , 填平密封处。
