Instructions for use:
Clean the quilt If there is any detergent residue on the material surface after cleaning, please blow it dry or wipe it dry, and then apply glue after it is completely dry.
Apply glue evenly on the surface of the metal to be adhered, place it gently on the glass to fit it, squeeze the metal hard to expel the bubbles, and distribute the glue evenly, making sure that the bonding parts are covered with glue (ideal glue The layer thickness is .~.), and finally the position is fixed.
Use a cloth or paper towel to wipe away the excess glue that has spilled around the metal (do not use solvents such as water and alcohol to clean). Do not let the glue come into contact with UV light before this step.
Irradiate with a UV lamp of wavelength , until the glue layer is fully cured (the irradiation time depends on the type of UV lamp, power, irradiation distance and UV transmittance of the glass, etc.).
After UV curing, if there is still glue overflow around the metal, you can use a blade to scrape it off.
