Machine principle
:

Machine maintenance and precautions:
. Lubrication system: To maintain good lubrication of each transmission part, the gears exposed outside the body box must be lubricated regularly. The bearings of each part should be filled with grease every month in conjunction with maintenance. The pressure bearing at the tail of the propeller should be filled with grease once a day. Please change the oil in the reducer of the body box every three months.
Electrical system: electrical appliances Part of it is started directly by the single-phase switch of the host machine, and the exhaust system is started directly by the single-phase switch. Equipped with external power supply wiring and voltmeter.

Installation, adjustment and operation of the machine:
. Before installation, parts in contact with food should be cleaned, decontaminated, and oiled.
.A hook plate is provided for installation and adjustment, a cleaning shovel and an oil gun. You need to bring your own wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools.
.Trial operation: Connect the ground wire of the power box to prevent electric shock accidents, start the machine to run dry, and check whether the machine is running in the forward direction. The rotation mark of the propeller is the standard. Remember to run in the opposite direction. Before dry operation, move the propeller to the rear end and avoid friction between the propeller and the cover to prevent parts from being worn. Cut the mixed noodles into long strips, drive and put the noodles into the noodle hopper, and check whether the forming mouth comes out and whether the noodles are smooth and hot. Check whether the molding die is tightened. Turn the pulley by hand until the stress is even and there is no obvious sticking phenomenon, and then install the guard.
