Machine Principle

Machine maintenance and precautions

Installation, adjustment and operation of the machine
Before installation, parts in contact with food should be cleaned, decontaminated and oiled.
It comes with a hook plate for installation and adjustment, a cleaning shovel, an oil gun, and you need to bring your own wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools.
Trial operation: Connect the ground wire of the power box to prevent electric shock accidents. Start the machine to run dry. Check whether the machine's running direction is forward. The rotation mark of the screw propeller is the standard. Remember to run in the opposite direction. Before dry operation, move the propeller to the rear end to avoid friction between the propeller and the cover to prevent parts from being worn.
