Utilizing hydraulic automatic operation, it can be used as both a pressure relief valve and a pressure maintaining valve. When used as a pressure relief valve, it can maintain the water supply line pressure below the set safety value. When used as a pressure maintaining valve, it can maintain the water pressure upstream of the main valve above the set value and maintain the water supply pressure upstream of the main valve.
This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, and has one valve for multiple purposes.
This series of valve products are widely used in water supply pipe network systems such as high-rise buildings and living areas, as well as urban water supply projects.
Working principle

As a pressure relief valve: When the pressure relief/pressure maintaining pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, water passes through the needle valve, main valve control chamber, ball valve, pressure relief/pressure maintaining pilot valve Valve, ball valve B flows to the outlet, and the main valve is open at this time. When the inlet pressure exceeds the safety value set by the pressure relief/pressure maintaining pilot valve, the pressure relief pilot valve will automatically open and release part of the water through the ball valve to relieve the pressure in the pipeline. When the pressure returns to a safe value, the pressure relief valve automatically closes. When used as a pressure relief valve, each ball valve is normally open.
As a pressure-maintaining valve: When the pressure-relief/pressure-maintaining pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure-maintaining state, as long as the main valve inlet water pressure is lower than the pilot valve setting value, the pilot valve will close. The main control chamber is pressurized and the main valve is closed. When the water supply pressure upstream of the main valve exceeds the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pressure-maintaining pilot valve can be opened. The water in the control room is discharged to the outlet through the ball valve. The pressure-reducing main valve in the control room opens and starts water supply, which means the upstream water pressure is maintained. When used as a pressure maintaining valve, the ball valve should be normally closed or replaced with a plug.
