This product is suitable for bonding glass, metal and other materials in the electronics industry. Typically used in the furniture industry to bond aluminum cakes to colored glass or frosted glass.

Instructions for use:
. Perform general cleaning and drying of the working surface to be glued.
.Squeeze the glue onto the cleaned substrate surface to distribute it evenly. Close the two planes and irradiate them with an ultraviolet lamp with a wavelength of 500 to confirm that the ultraviolet rays can penetrate the bonded part. The curing time is times the fixed time under the same ultraviolet light intensity to ensure that the adhesive is completely cured.
.The curing speed of this product depends on the intensity of ultraviolet light, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, the required curing depth or the gap between the adhesive layers, and the light transmittance of the substrate.
.The unused glue should be tightly capped immediately and sealed for storage. This product is sensitive to UV rays. During storage and operation, exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet rays and artificial light sources should be avoided as much as possible. This product should be applied with a dispensing machine with a black feed tube.
． Complete curing of surfaces exposed to air requires a minimum of relatively high UV light intensity/or wavelength of UV light.
Storage and transportation:
This product needs to be stored in a cool, dry environment below ℃ to avoid exposure to ultraviolet rays or sunlight, otherwise polymerization will occur. The storage period is one month.
