HZ magnetic flap liquid level meter can be used for medium level detection in various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment. Structure principle
The liquid level meter consists of three parts: basic on-site indication, liquid level alarm and liquid level remote transmission device.
The basic type is developed based on the principle that the magnetic float is subject to the upward buoyancy force of Archimedes' law in the liquid and the magnetic steel with the same sex repels and the opposite sex attracts each other. According to the above principle, the linear change of the liquid level is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic force. The liquid level is red and the gas phase is white.
The liquid level alarm is made of a magnetic float material that passes through a non-contact alarm switch and is converted into a relay contact output, and operates according to the given value of the liquid level, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed at the required control position of the liquid level, and the converter is installed in the control room.
The liquid level remote transmission device uses magnetic materials to linearly convert the changes in liquid level into a ~ current signal, which is transmitted to the secondary instrument to realize remote transmission, measurement, control and recording of the liquid level. :/:\r\D~\D\\\h\. />
