It can display the working conditions and liquid level of various liquids on the spot. The liquid level gauge is a reliable and safe detection instrument. Measurement Principle
The explosion-proof magnetic flap liquid level meter is developed based on the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnet in the float is transmitted to the field indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to flip. When the liquid level When it rises, the flip column turns from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flip column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thereby realizing the indication of liquid level.

Installation and Debugging
The series of products have passed our company's strict pressure test simulation operation and other tests. The zero position has been moved to the actual zero position and users can install it directly.
During installation, please be careful not to allow magnetic impurities to enter the main tube, so as not to affect the magnetic coupling performance of the float and the display panel.
After the installation is completed, the magnetic column needs to be corrected. Please refer to the instruction manual for the specific process.
Usage Precautions
It is best to install a stop valve between the explosion-proof magnetic flap liquid level gauge and the upper and lower dispensing pipes of the container to be measured to open or close the liquid level gauge and facilitate the operation of the liquid level gauge. repair. When the upper and lower stop valves are closed, you can open the drain flange at the bottom of the liquid level gauge or remove the drain screw, and then inject clean water to clean the main body of the liquid level gauge.
When installing a liquid level meter, the center line of the flange must be vertical. When the measurement range of the liquid level meter is greater than one meter, you need to consider adding a middle reinforcement flange or an ear climber as a fixed support to increase strength. The connection between the supporting remote liquid level transmitter and the secondary instrument requires that the core wire cross-sectional area of the connection should be larger than that of the AC power supply. When laying parallel to the same road as the AC power supply, at least a centimeter spacing should be maintained. It is best to pass through an iron pipe separately. laying, or laying with shielded two-core cable, the shielding layer can only be grounded at one end.
