The
type magnetic flap level gauge can also be called a magnetic float level gauge, which is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnet in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to flip. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving a clear indication of the liquid level. It can be used for local display or remote display and control of liquid level in high-temperature, explosion-proof and anti-corrosion food and beverages and other occasions.

Structure and working principle
Basic type
According to the principle of buoyancy, the float follows the liquid in the measuring tube When the liquid level rises and falls, the permanent magnet in the float drives the red and white flipping column to flip. When the liquid level rises, the flipping column turns from white to red, and when it falls, the flipping column turns from red to white, thereby achieving liquid level indication.
Electric remote transmission
A transmitter is installed on the float level gauge. The float moves up and down, and the measuring elements in the guide rod act sequentially through magnetic coupling to obtain the change in resistance signal and convert it into a standard of or Signal output, connected with display instrument or computer to achieve remote transmission purpose.
Upper and lower limit switch output
A controller is installed at the upper and lower limit positions set by the user on the liquid level meter riser. The controller has a self-maintaining reed switch and uses a magnetic float to move with the liquid level. When the reed switch is activated, alarm or limit control is achieved.
