The swimming gap left by the feeder after installation should be horizontal and the suspension device should be flexibly connected.
Before testing, all bolts should be tightened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor. They should be retightened once every hour of continuous operation.
When driving, the two vibration motors must rotate in opposite directions to ensure the stability of current and noise. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped in time.
The machine bearings should be filled with grease once a month, and lubricating oil should be added once a month during high temperature seasons.
Maintenance and requirements for type motor vibrating feeder
During the operation of the feeder, the amplitude, vibration motor current and motor surface temperature should be checked frequently. Stable, if abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be shut down immediately for processing.
The lubrication of the motor bearings is the key to the normal operation of the entire feeder. During use, the bearings should be regularly filled with second-fluid molybdenum grease, once every two months, and every month during high temperature seasons. Once every six months, dismantle and repair the motor and replace the internal bearings.
