1. Foundation treatment and formwork

Add water according to the proportion of water per bag of track cement and mix. If the construction does not require greater fluidity, the water consumption can be reduced accordingly.
The mixing procedure is to add the specified amount of water into the mixing barrel and then put the mixer in. Pour part of the track clay into the barrel and mix it thinly. Then pour the remaining material into the mixing barrel and mix. The time should be controlled at one minute from start to end. about. When stirring, the blades should move slowly up, down, left, and right along the perimeter of the barrel so that the dry materials adhered to the bottom and wall of the barrel can be mixed. 3. Form removal and maintenance
Form removal should be carried out an hour after the watering is completed. After removing the formwork, cover the poured track mortar with a moist straw bag or cloth, and sprinkle water for maintenance once a day.
