Performance and use
Two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone mold glue is a flowing liquid mixture composed of silicone polymer fillers and additives. The process is simple and easy to use, and has strong duplication and simulation capabilities. When using, mix the rubber and curing ingredients evenly in proportion and then the strong elastomer will naturally solidify. The elastomer is non-stick with other materials, has good high temperature resistance and aging resistance, can maintain elasticity under high temperature for a long time, and has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability. It is water-resistant, oxygen-resistant, non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive. It is widely used in the manufacturing of gypsum, wax, resin, low-melting point alloy and other materials. The molding mold is used in high-frequency embossing of artificial leather, surface and bottom modeling of travel shoes, manufacturing of arts and crafts, ceramics, coal mining industry, furniture, household appliances, electronic components industry, cultural relic reproduction and gypsum. Manufacturing of molding models for molding wax products of cement materials, molding of decorative materials, etc. This series of mold glue products can meet the requirements of the above-mentioned industries and has the characteristics of good elasticity, strong simulation, low shrinkage rate and long service life.
Instructions for use: Mix the two components evenly (parts by weight) and perform vacuum defoaming treatment before pouring into a prepared clean mold and leaving it at room temperature for an hour to vulcanize. If the user has special needs and requires rapid curing and brushing, it can be molded within hours and can be equipped with special curing agents to meet the needs of different users.
The proportion of the components can be adjusted according to the length of the user's operation time. If the ambient temperature is high and the vulcanization speed is fast, the component dosage will be reduced. On the contrary, if the temperature is low, the component dosage will be appropriately increased. It is recommended that the basic curing surface be non-sticky to the hands in an hour.
Notes
① The components must be fully mixed to avoid unevenness, otherwise it will affect the performance of the mold glue.
② The components are stored separately and ready for use. They must be used up within a short time after preparation.
③ When the original model is made of glass ceramics or is coated with paint, the original model should be evenly coated with shampoo solution or soapy water and wait until the water evaporates before pouring or brushing mold glue to facilitate better demoulding.
④ If you need to reduce the hardness of the rubber compound, you can add 10 parts by weight of silicone oil.
Packaging and Storage
The packaging components are iron drums and the packaging components are plastic bottles. The storage period of mold glue is one year when stored in a dry environment. Mold glue is non-toxic and non-dangerous.
