Two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone mold glue is a flowing liquid mixture, which is a combination of silicone polymers, fillers, additives, etc. The process is simple to use, and the mold reproduction and simulation are strong. During use, after mixing the rubber and curing evenly in proportion, the strong elastomer can be cured naturally. The elastomer is non-stick with other materials, has good high temperature resistance and aging resistance, can maintain elasticity for a long time under ~ ℃, has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, is water-resistant, oxygen-resistant, non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive. It is widely used in the manufacture of molds for products such as plaster, wax, resin and low melting point alloys. It is used in high-frequency embossing of artificial leather, top and bottom modeling of travel shoes, manufacturing of arts and crafts, ceramics, coal mining industry, furniture, etc. Household appliances and electronic components industry, reproduction of cultural relics, molding of plaster and cement materials, molding of wax products, manufacturing of models, molding of decorative materials, etc. This series of mold glue products can meet the requirements of the above-mentioned industries and has the characteristics of good elasticity, strong simulation, small shrinkage and long service life.
Instructions for use: Mix the two components evenly (parts by weight), and then pour them into a pre-prepared clean mold after vacuum bubble removal. Leave them at room temperature for an hour to vulcanize and form. If the user has special needs and requires fast curing, it can be formed within hours by brushing. It can be equipped with special curing agents to meet the needs of different users.
The proportion of components can be adjusted according to the user's operating time. If the ambient temperature is high and the vulcanization speed is fast, the component dosage will be reduced. On the contrary, if the temperature is low, the component dosage will be appropriately increased. It is recommended that the basic curing surface should not be Sticky to your hands.
Notes
① The components must be fully mixed to avoid unevenness, otherwise the performance of the mold glue will be affected.
②. The components are stored separately and ready for use. They should be used up within a short time after preparation.
③ When the original model is made of glass, ceramics or is coated with paint, the original model should be evenly coated with shampoo solution or soapy water. After the water evaporates, then pour or brush the mold glue, which will facilitate better demoulding. .
④ If you need to reduce the hardness of the rubber compound, you can add 1 part by weight of silicone oil.
Packaging and Storage
The components are packaged in iron drums and the components are packaged in plastic bottles. Mold glue is stored in a dry environment and has a storage period of one year. Mold glue is non-toxic and non-dangerous.
