Product Introduction

Double Component polymer modified cement mortar, used for concrete and mortar waterproofing and impermeability projects.
Product Application
Waterproof mortar is used in waterproofing projects on the front and back surfaces. It can seal hairline cracks and can be used as an anti-corrosion protective coating, such as preventing carbon dioxide (such as concrete repair projects). Anti-frost, anti-freeze salt.

When the water level is below meters, the weight per floor will be catties/m2, at least two floors.

As an erosion protective coating, each layer per kilogram/square meter should be at least two layers. High-penetration waterproofing may require three layers.

Instructions for use
Surface treatment

Concrete, mortar The surface of the bricks must be clean and free of oil stains and loose attachments. Steel surfaces must be clean, rust-free, and grease-free. All surfaces should be as smooth as possible.
Before construction, if the surface is absorbent, it should be allowed to absorb water until it is saturated, but there should be no accumulation of water.
Mixing
Normally, the components are mixed in proportions to give the mortar a consistency suitable for painting. The consistency of the mortar can be adjusted by reducing the amount of
component (liquid).
Plastering plaster requires only

components (approximately

kg). Slowly add the powder to the liquid component in a clean container and stir slowly.
Application
Apply the first coat while the base layer is still damp. Allow the first coat to harden for
hours before applying the second coat. Use a brush to apply grout.
When used on floors, in order to prevent the first layer from being damaged, the construction of the second layer should be carried out after
hours.
If the second layer is applied after
hours or later, it is best to wet the first layer with a sprayer.
To achieve better results, the second layer of construction can be dried and wiped with a soft sponge. Waterproof mortar can also be applied by plastering and spraying.

Additional coating
If you apply a cement-based material on top of the waterproof mortar, wait three days for the second layer of waterproof mortar to harden before applying.
If you want to add a non-cement-based material coating to the waterproof mortar, please consult our company’s technical department.

Maintenance
Normally no maintenance is required, but some protective measures need to be taken when exposed to sunlight and wind.
Cleaning
Equipment and tools should be cleaned with water immediately after construction. The residue must be removed mechanically after hardening.

The amount of waterproof mortar used in a single layer of waterproof mortar per square meter should not exceed

In order to achieve better results, it is recommended to make a layer of mortar bonding layer containing
