Product Details
High early strength non-shrinkage grouting material
It is a non-ferrous grouting material with no shrinkage that can be used on site. It has high early strength, self-leveling and can withstand heavy loads. Well-graded ready-mixes form a dense, homogeneous mixture.
Purpose
Designed to offset the normal shrinkage of mortar and concrete and reduce the effects of base vibration. High early strength performance is suitable for early load-bearing requirements, including machine bases, structural columns, prestressed trusses, bridge bearings, track supports, base anchoring, etc.
Advantages
△ Excellent fluidity
△ Good spatial stability
△ Controllable expansion
△ No external chlorine, no Rust, bleeding or other harmful metals
△ High early compressive strength, allowing early load-bearing, reducing costs
△Non-toxic,
Non-corrosive
△Ready-to-use, use Convenient
△ Economical cost

Usage
Surface treatment
The concrete surface should be very clean, solid and free of oil, grease, cement slurry blocks and loose materials.
The metal surface (steel, titanium) must be free of peeling, rust, oil and grease.
Absorbent surfaces must be thoroughly penetrated and free of standing water.
Head
The recommended amount of water for each package (powder) is. First add the pre-weighed clean water to a clean container, then slowly add the entire package
while stirring constantly. After the ingredients are all wet, add the remaining water and continue stirring at low speed (maximum) for
~
minutes until evenly mixed. Stop stirring and keep stirring for
~
minutes, then continue stirring at low speed for
~
minutes.
Work
The slurry can be poured after mixing to ensure that gas can escape freely. When grouting the bottom plate, sufficient pressure must be maintained to allow the slurry to continue to flow. Ensure required formwork is installed securely and is watertight. Use chains, sticks or other vibrating objects to compact the slurry and completely remove the air.
Wash
Wash all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Cured slurry can only be removed mechanically.
Bed grouting
Moisten thoroughly first so that there is no accumulation of water in the bolt hole. If possible, pour the anchor bolts first and then the machine tool. Make sure the slurry continues to flow. The distance between the anchor bolts and the base should be at least
times the maximum particle size of the slurry aggregate (approximately
).
Base grouting
Moisten it for about
hours in advance without water accumulation. Maintaining constant static pressure ensures continuous slurry flow. Use a rope or chain to ensure that all gaps are completely filled so that introduced air can escape.
Important matters
△
Minimum gaps
△
Protection requirements against temperature and climate as for concrete
△
Exposed After the grouting is completed, film or
curing
△
Do not add additional cement or any additives
△
After the initial setting of the slurry, no further Vibration
