Operation method
Tighten the machine head nut and belt The rear nut of the disc and the belt should be tightened.
The machine should be idling normally before you can slowly add wet rice in small amounts (that is, add a small amount of water to half a meter until the rice is just wet). When the puffed product comes out normally, add a small amount of dry rice immediately. , due to the low temperature at the beginning and the heavy load, when starting processing, the diesel engine throttle must be opened wider and the rice must be added slowly. After the puffed fruit comes out and takes shape, the rice feeding amount should be gradually accelerated. The amount of rice feeding must be driven by power. If you find rice turning up at the entrance, it is because the machine has not yet risen to the normal temperature at the beginning. Too much rice has been put in, and the outlet has no time to discharge the rice, causing the rice to turn back. At this time, stop putting rice and wait for it to turn up. After the rice is put in, it must be processed continuously. After a few minutes, the temperature will rise.
During the working time, if you find that there are lumps of rice or puffed matter at the entrance that turn back, and water vapor with a burnt smoke smell comes out, That's because too little rice is put in and the temperature rises sharply. Use a small wooden stick to remove the material that has been turned back, and speed up the rice feeding. If the blockage is serious and the material cannot be unloaded, you can shut down the machine and remove it again, clean it and then restart it.
After the work is completed, let the machine idle for a few seconds until the remaining rice inside has burned to yellow, then turn off the power, remove the machine head nut, screw sleeve and eight-hole core, and remove the rice until it is clean, ready for the next operation. Start up the machine for the first time.
The fruit will be hard and brittle, which is related to the type of rice and moisture. You should control the small amount of rice or replace it with dry rice, or replace the screw sleeve

Workmanship When making peanut-shaped, plum-shaped, or biscuit-shaped puffed fruits, an automatic cutting device must be used. Before starting the machine, check the flying knife in front of the machine head nut. The rotating position should be just right against the plane of the core of the machine head nut. , or the plane meter away from the core, must not be too tightly attached to the plane of the core to avoid damage to the flying knife caused by too much friction. The nut of the flying knife must be tightened. After starting processing, hands and other objects should not be close. Flying knife.
For hollow rod shape and fine solid bar shape, no automatic device is needed. In this case, the flying knife needs to be removed or the large gear next to the belt pulley needs to be removed.
For hollow rod shape , put an eight-hole core in the machine head nut to process solid thin strips and peanut shapes. Put a hole core in the machine head nut to process plum blossom shapes. Put a four-hole core in the machine head nut to process biscuit shapes. For a straight-shaped core, the core must be knocked to the bottom in the machine head nut. Otherwise, if it is not knocked to the bottom, the plane of the core will conflict with the plane of the screw, causing the machine to be unable to rotate. As soon as the machine is turned on, the screw and core will be seized and damaged. When processing the twist shape, remove the big gear and replace it with the eccentric wheel. Extend the long shaft on the swing frame into the iron hole of the eccentric wheel, screw on the nut and lock it, and put a three-hole core into the machine head nut. Or a seven-hole core, put a resistance ring in front of the long axis, screw on the nut, and then turn the belt pulley by hand to correct the resistance ring in front. The resistance ring swings up, down, left and right with the three-hole core as the center.
