The metallurgical casting crane is one of the main equipment in the steelmaking and continuous casting process. ●Cart operating mechanism

●Bridge structure
The bridge is divided into main beam, sub-main beam and end beam. The main beam adopts a wide deflection box beam, which has good vertical and horizontal stiffness, and is made of steel. In order to avoid fatigue damage of the main beam caused by concentrated wheel pressure, profiled steel is used under the track, which greatly increases the life of the main beam. There are two longitudinal reinforcements in the pressure area of the main beam. The auxiliary main beam adopts a normal box beam. A walking platform and protective railings are added to the outside of the beam. The end beam is a box-shaped structure. The auxiliary main beam and end beam adopt foreign four-beam connection structure, which reduces the number of end beam segments and improves the performance of the end beam. The trolley rail adopts a welded joint integral track, which greatly reduces the impact caused during the operation of the trolley. The lower part of the main beam is equipped with a heat insulation device. The wheels adopt a double rim structure.
