Principle of leak detection
Pressure difference leak detection method and bubble leak detection method, the product to be tested is placed in the leak detection box, and a vacuum is drawn from the box to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the product to be tested. The following phenomena will occur
1. Soft packaging of soft bottles
If the bag bulges and remains unchanged, it means the packaging is intact
If the bag does not bulge, or if it shrinks, it means there is leakage in the package

2. For rigid packaging such as bottles
If the liquid in the package overflows, it means the package is leaking
