Overview
The metal roof waterproofing system is a high-quality and very durable roofing waterproofing system. It is a UV-resistant plastic compound made from pure acrylic emulsion, high-quality pigments and fillers, and microporous insulation material with excellent thermal insulation effect. The coating needs to be used with polyester seam fabric to form a waterproof system. The stitched polyester fabric is mainly used to improve the tensile strength and fatigue resistance of the waterproof system.

Construction guide
First apply a layer of base paint on the overlap of the metal roof. When it is still wet, embed a piece of stitched polyester fabric of appropriate width into it, then fully saturate the stitched polyester fabric with base paint from above until it is completely dry, and finally apply a layer of surface paint.
Metal roofing fasteners are treated with centimeter stitched polyester fabric in the same manner as above.
Metal roof protrusions are cut from woven polyester fabric of suitable size and shape and cut according to technical requirements. Follow the same method as above.
Metal roof insulation and anti-corrosion decorative treatment: Apply three layers of surface paint to the areas that require thermal insulation and anti-corrosion.
The waterproofing of metal exterior walls should be handled in the same way as above.
