First of all, the fixed keel must be installed according to the design requirements of the drawing. It must be flat and smooth at right angles, and the connection must be level and dense.

Be careful to make it flat and smooth. After the four sides are finished, trim off the excess ceiling to achieve a perfect edge effect.
When opening the lamp hole, you should mark the position of the lamp hole, carefully and accurately stick the lamp ring to the bottom of the soft film, and then remove the excess ceiling after it is firm.
Find the position of the air outlet light pipe plate at the opening of the air outlet light pipe plate. Install the soft film on the aluminum alloy keel in the same way as the surrounding area. Pay attention to the smooth corners. After it is done, just cut off the excess smallpox. Since soft film ceilings are naturally dust-proof, subsequent maintenance can mainly take measures such as removing foreign objects falling from the top and removing water leaks. For objects falling from the top, just use a film knife to remove the card slot, clean out the foreign matter and push it into the card slot again. In case of possible water leakage, a water outlet has been reserved for the soft film ceiling during construction. A small amount of water will flow out naturally.
During the installation process, you must pay attention to the protection of the soft film, do not let the soft film touch the surrounding sharp edges and corners, and pay attention to the damage caused by the blade to yourself. After pushing the blade into the seam of the buckle, make sure the contact between the blade and the seam is firm. When pulling forcefully into the keel groove, pay attention to the uniformity of the thickness. Do not use too much force, otherwise the blade will slide out of the buckle and injure yourself or the adjacent soft membrane.
No matter what kind of keel is used, the bends must be smooth and the corners must be aligned. The construction of aligned and flat codes generally uses screws or rivets for each external fixation.
