Note:
During pickling, if a large number of bubbles are produced on the surface of the workpiece, it indicates that the acidic degreaser is insufficient and should be replenished in time. When the etching speed is very slow, it means that the acid content in the solution is relatively low. Low or high iron content. If the acid content is low, acid should be added; if the iron content is high, the acid solution should be prepared again.
