Product Features
This product is a special adhesive for polymer-modified cement-based marble. Execution standards:
Base surface treatment
All base surfaces should be solid, dry, clean, non-shaking, free of oil stains, wax stains, concrete curing agents and other loose materials.
The painted base surface should be rough, at least the exposed original base layer.
The new concrete base surface should be cured for at least 10 days before tiles can be laid. The new plastered base surface should be cured for at least 10 days before tiles can be laid.
Old concrete or plastered base surfaces can be cleaned with industrial detergents or degreasing agents, and then rinsed clean with a high-pressure faucet. The surface can be laid dry before laying bricks.

Material Preparation

Construction technology
Use a toothed scraper to apply the stirred marble clay to the working surface so that it is evenly distributed and formed into a tooth shape. The coating area is approximately 100% (depending on the weather temperature) each time, and then the marble can be pressed onto the work surface during the drying time.
When selecting the size of the toothed scraper, the flatness of the working surface and the unevenness of the back of the brick board should be considered.
If the gap on the back of the brick board is deep or the stone or brick board is large and heavy, the construction should be carried out by applying cement to the working surface and the back of the brick board at the same time.
When pasting stone on the facade without nails, the area of the stone should not be larger than that and the thickness should not be larger than that. If the thickness of the stone is below, its area can be enlarged accordingly. For stones whose area and thickness exceed the standard, or whose quality and weight are unusual, an on-site pasting test must be conducted first to determine whether nailless pasting is suitable.

The ratio of marble rubber powder to water can be adjusted appropriately depending on the substrate, weather, construction conditions, etc.
The prepared marble cement should be used up within the control room according to the weather conditions. Do not mix the dried marble cement with water before use.
After the tile laying is completed, the next step of filling can only be carried out after the marble mortar is completely dry (approximately).
The marble clay should be scraped evenly and fully, and the thickness of the bonding layer should be about half the tooth pitch of the toothed scraper used.
