High-precision servo reducer installation steps:

Step 1:
Check whether the specifications of the motor and high-precision reducer are correct and whether the interface matches.
Clean the surface of the connection interface between the motor and the servo reducer to remove oil dirt and impurities.

Step 2:
Adjust the position of the Taiwan servo reducer input shaft locking screw to align with the side hole of the reducer input cover.
If there is a keyway on the motor shaft, remove the fixed key. If the precision reducer has a balance weight key, insert it into the keyway.
Check the motor shaft diameter. If necessary, add a bushing to the input shaft hole of the Taiwan precision reducer.
Install the motor on the Jusheng servo reducer.
Use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the locking screws at both ends of the input shaft of the reducer according to % of the recommended tightening torque value.

Step 3:
Place the motor and high-precision servo reducer vertically.
Use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the Taiwan high-precision reducer flange and motor flange using locking screws and washers in a diagonal sequence according to % of the recommended tightening torque value. (The locking screws should be coated with screw anti-loosening agent in advance).
Use a torque wrench to tighten the servo reducer flange and motor flange using locking screws and washers in diagonal order according to % of the recommended tightening torque value.

Step 4:
Use a torque wrench to tighten the locking screws at both ends of the input shaft of the Jusheng reducer according to % of the recommended tightening torque value.
