(1) Operating procedures

(2) Process flow
Wash, peel and cut the raw material sweet potatoes. Silk flakes are color-protected, dried, crushed (moisture measured) and packaged
① Cleaning must be done, which is related to the final quality of the product.

(3) Results and Analysis
Among the three types of dried sweet potato flour, purple and orange sweet potato flour are superior in color, while yellow sweet potato has a darker color.
Therefore, purple and orange sweet potato varieties are selected as raw materials.
The sweet potato flour produced by the above method can be used as food raw material to make a variety of foods.
